Issued on Nov. 1, 1935 in the town of Illingen (Saar), it was good for 12 free admissions to concert functions. One of the many free cultural benefits for due-paying members of the NS-Kulturgemeinde, which reinforced natural beauty in sight and sound and incorporated them into everyday ethics of work and play for the duty-minded citizen of the Reich.
